Defra Report on the Effectiveness of Feedback on Energy Consumption

In 2006 Defra published a review of the literature on metering, billing and direct displays.  Whilst a little out of date given the pace that technology moves, it provides an interesting overview. The report can be downloaded from the Defra website.
